My Dream about Drowning..?
I have always wondered about this dream..I had this recurring dream a while ago where for 3 nights in a row. I would stand in front of my mirror and get ready. I remember putting on a necklace and perfume and walking out of my room. Instead of walking into the rest of my house, I was standing right by the ocean. Every night, I would jump into the water. Instead of gradually going from shallow to deep, I was pretty far into the water and I would have to swim back. The first 2 nights, I swam back to shore, no problem. I felt physically invigorated like I just came back from a nice run or something, and kinda like the thrill of doing something dangerous. The third night, The waves were so strong that I almost drown. I kept getting pulled back into the water but instead of being afraid I was on an adrenaline high. I get a Lot of dreams where something dangerous is just exciting as hell. Oh yeah, it was dark outside in my almost drowning dream.
One interpretation: relates to mother (ocean). Perfume and mirror, dressing, necklace, relates to your becoming a more mature woman.
